I had a fabulous stay at a clean and cozy hotel in the most lovely neighborhood of books. The location was perfect, surrounded by delicious eateries and amenities. The hotel even provided bath salts and amenities for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Sotetsu Fresa Inn for a wonderful experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, lending us umbrellas and providing information in English. The rooms were clean and comfortable with modern amenities like double beds. Great location, close to various stations and easy access to public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, including a 24-hour convenience store. The surrounding streets offer a more authentic Japanese experience, away from the tourist crowds.
Rooms are small, barely enough space to move around comfortably. The lack of English-speaking staff was frustrating when seeking recommendations or assistance.
